Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21- days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns for orders placed on the website receive a gift card valid on the website less any outgoing shipping costs. Returns for orders placed on the app/live sales receive account credit less any outgoing shipping costs valid on the app.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, soaps, lotions, mositurizers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns

• Returns/exchanges must be received within 21 days of receipt. (see ineligible items below)
• Online purchase returns are eligible for an e-gift card - no cash refunds.
• Online purchase exchanges are eligible for another item the same item, or another item that is the same price.  (see below for details).
• Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Exchanges
The item just didn’t work for you, and you want to try a different size or something else? We offer a replacement item. Email us or write the name of the new replacement item on the return packing slip and include a copy with your return. We will ship your replacement items when we process your return.
If your exchange order total is less than your original order, the remainder to account credit. Example: Original Order = $75, Exchange Order = $50 then $25 will be issued as account credit.

Damages/Defects: Please inspect all items for damage or defect and notify us at help dazzle4divas@gmail.com of any damage or defect within 5-days of receipt.  Please include pictures of the flaw so we can see the damage and work with our manufacturer, shippers and our team to improve. If available, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.
Returnable Items:  Item may be returned if they are not listed as non-returnable below and must have any tags attached, be unwashed, unworn and free of any odors, stains or pet hair.

HOLIDAY EXTENSION POLICY
Our holiday return policy is purchases made between November 26, 2026, and December 24, 2026, may be returned any time before January 15, 2027.
Cancelled Orders: Cancelling an order prior to shipping will incur a 5% or $5 charge, whichever is greater to cover the fees associated with the original purchase + refund. We realize that you may have second thoughts on sizing or colors after you complete a purchase. Rather than placing a new order and asking us to cancel the order that you want to change, the first option is to allow us to change the size or color of an item by emailing us at dazzle4divas@gmail.com or by calling us at 904-516-7474 and allow us to make that change for you.  This is our preferred method as we do not have to charge any fees when we edit a completed order.

Preorder Items: Preorders may not be cancelled once we've placed the order for your item with the website. If cancelled, these orders will also incur the above cancellation fee. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, Preorder items may be returned under our normal returns policy.

Excessive Returns/Cancellations: We will accept the return or cancellation of five (5) items in any month under our standard policies as outlined. That is up to 60 items returned and/or cancelled in a year. If a customer returns or cancels more than 5 items in a month, the return(s) will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY & a restocking fee that is the greater of $10.00 (ten dollars) per item or 20% (twenty percent) of each item’s purchase price will be charged for each item returned, exchanged or cancelled in excess of 5 items in a month. This restocking fee will apply for all returns and cancellations until the customer completes a subsequent month with 5 or fewer returns and cancellations.
